Logos Psychiatry is a small outpatient practice for adults. It is designed for psychiatric care that can be provided through planned outpatient appointments.
Clinical fit is not determined by diagnosis alone. The governing question is whether your current needs can be met well within this particular setting.

How I decide
The boundary is clinical, not categorical.
One important purpose of our intake questionnaires is to help me determine whether this setting can serve your care needs.
1
What systems and resources do you require to be well?
Some persons need crisis support, intensive monitoring, specialty services, or a team approach in order to be safe and well.
2
Am I able to meaningfully and responsibly participate in your care?
While I have broad training in adult psychiatry, for me, as an individual practitioner, there are some psychiatric concerns for which I am not prepared or willing to treat, neither individually nor as part of a team.
Why the setting matters
A small outpatient practice offers continuity, directness, protected time, and conceptual coherence. It does not provide 24-hour crisis response, hospital-level care, intensive monitoring, or the full infrastructure of a specialty program. These are differences in capability to provide care—not differences in who is worthy of care.
You do not need to decide this alone
Start with a brief pre-screening questionnaire.
The pre-screening questionnaire asks for only enough information to make an initial judgment about whether moving forward makes sense. If Logos Psychiatry may be a good fit for your care needs, I will invite you to complete a more comprehensive intake before we consider scheduling an initial assessment.
